Working with Kia Australia under the creative of Studio Messa, SimpleMotion designed, engineered, manufactured and installed the 6m stage to display the 2.5Ton Kia EV9 Concept car for Sydney Vivid 2023 with finishes and surrounds by Chopt Studios adding to the experience. SimpleMotion also integrated the specialist features of the car with bespoke electronics and interfaces allowing the lighting system to control the doors, headlights, interior lighting and dash of the car. For the filming of the Robbie Williams biopic SimpleMotion designed, built and controlled the high-speed cable-suspended camera system. The camera operates with four motorised winches connected via Kevlar cables to a camera-carrier. It has been a privilege to work with AGNSW from initial inception of Sydney Modern and the discovery of the World War 2 oil tanks through to the inaugural exhibition. SimpleMotion.Lighting provided exhibition and production lighting system design and commissioning including moving lighting tracks and catenary systems to support power & data distribution.
